试验目的

该预实验旨在探讨晚期护理（ANC）对卵巢癌（OC）患者焦虑和抑郁的影响。

所有36名符合条件的OC患者将通过使用区组随机化程序以1：1的比例同等随机分配到ANC组或对照组。随机数将通过使用SAS 9.3包（SAS Institute Inc.，Cary，NC，USA）生成。

入选标准

All female patients aged between 18 and 65 years old and with definite pathologically approved and diagnosed of OC will be considered. In addition, the patients will also need to speak and communicate with Mandarin fluently; clear consciousness and cognition; will have a least 3 months expected lifetime; and will agree to participate in this study.；

排除标准

Patients will be excluded if they have history of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, and depression before the OC diagnosis; other severe diseases of heart, liver, kidney, brain and so on; other active cancers, severe insomnia, and any other disorders that may cause the anxiety and depression; or pregnancy or breast-feeding. In addition, subjects will also be excluded if they receive ANC or any other psychological interventions 1 month before the study.；
