In this parallel group RCT, participants were randomly allocated into two groups: (1) non-injury control or (2) simulated acute ankle sprain in 1:1 ratio using a computer-generated sequence (block randomisation, block size = 4) stratified by prior drone experience (<10 vs. >=10 hours).
